Yes, thankfully it did and we had a great visit. My brother is going to call the auto place to see about putting new anti-freeze in it.
Also, the guys from the lawn service promised they would come today and mow the lawn. Keeping our fingers crossed as today marks 3 weeks since it was mowed.
We had a line of storms move through early Sunday morning which dumped a lot of rain and also caused a brief power outage here at the house. Rain is what makes the grass grow.
So, here are the pics from Comanche Lake yesterday.

Well, good. I’m glad y’all were able to get out to roam around the lake. I’ll bet Gizmo was really glad!
I wondered if those storms caused any problems for you. They looked ugly on the radar. That system had calmed down by the time it reached us and only gave us some heavy rain.
Yep, rain makes the grass grow alright. Hubby mowed ours Friday and you can’t tell now after rain every day since. Your yard must look like the tall grass at the lake by now after three weeks. LOL My fingers are crossed, too, that the guys show up to mow today.
