Former President Donald Trump has announced class-action lawsuits against tech giants Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube parent company Google, over their "unlawful" censorship of him and other conservatives, after the social media giants banned him from posting in the wake of the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

"We’re demanding an end to the shadow-banning, a stop to the silencing, and a stop to the blacklisting, banishing, and canceling that you know so well," Trump said during an appearance at his golf resort in Bedminster, New Jersey, Wednesday morning.

"We will prove that this censorship is unlawful, it's unconstitutional, and it's completely un-American."

Medicine/science was thrown in the dustbin when Trump and his committee mentioned anything as a life saving drug like hydroxychloroquine and other treatments for Coved -19....It all depends on whose ox is being gored about hydroxychloroquine and other treatments for COVID-19 that might have saved lives early on.

I’d like to see Trump vindicated, but it’s not going to happen, imo

Well, I am hopeful, as I am always hopeful that justice will be done. But the last election wasn’t justice served, lawful, or ethical, so I may be skeptical.

You can sign up to be part of the class action suit here if your account was deleted... It asks for donations on the first screen, but click the x and scroll down, it asks for your information and your story...

“Too little Too late”

Whether or not the “class” wins, he’s further exposing the damage being done by the tech giants. Good stuff.

Does the First Amendment, by virtue of its text and intent, guarantee that you may say anything, anytime, anywhere without consequence?

Yes, it should be a class action, so everyone who got banned get a settlement.

The First Amendment protects you against censorship by the government, not by private industry.

Private industry is not exactly disentangled from government these days.

It may seem that way sometimes but legally they're separate.

And he's asking for donations to his PAC to help with the legal cost - from Don Jr:

"Guys my dad is suing big tech!!! I'd you can click link to donate to his PAC to help out!!!"

The dudes a Grifter - always has been. He's worth billions. He could have done something about them (like he threatened to do) when he was president. He did nothing - and all his threats were empty - as many were.

And now he wants donations - and he wants people to be suckers to donate money for something he should pay for.

And I am sure people will.
