Black market, other risks remain as legalized weed turns three
A thriving black market isn't a risk, it's a guarantee as long as states tax legal weed like they do in CA.

LOL!
You’re probably right though.

Legalized weed is highly taxed. The black market is the only true free market.
This is a chance for working class people to pull themselves up as wages are low and the border was opened up for cheap labor to pour in like a tsunami. I wonder how long this opportunity will last?

Your user name reminds me of a juke:
Q: “ How can you tell if someone is vegan?”
A: “Oh THEY’LL let you know.”
Thanks for making that happen.

Imagine if it were possible to be opposed to the use of a drug, but at the same time to think that the enforcement of the rules against its use are counterproductive for society. What would such a position be called? Freedom, perhaps?
To: LanaTurnerOverdrive
It begs the question “Which would he find more objectionable: smoking weed, or smoking salmon?”

Honestly, red flagging dopesters, while constitutionally reprehensible, might not be the worst idea safety wise.

I agree. Pot is not a mild drug. I know from experience what it can do in the right (or wrong) circumstances. I wish I had a buck for every moron pothead I’ve known who thought he/she was a genius of the first order.

They are doing well, but they are incredibly ignorant of how they could use their ‘sovereign nation’ status to benefit themselves. Even the casinos are not making them billionaires, because they have no business sense.
Probably because they became ‘welfare dependent’ on the Federal Government Bureau of Indian Affairs.
