An astonishing 83 per cent of Britons have said that if wearing a mask in public were a “personal choice”, they would do so, after another recent poll revealed that despite the mask mandate possibly coming to an end this month, the majority back it staying in place and even feel unsafe without them.
The YouGov poll from Tuesday found that a combined 83 per cent said they would wear a mask if it were a personal choice today. Four in ten said they would wear them only indoors, with 30 per cent saying they would only wear them inside if the space were crowded or unventilated. More than one in ten — 13 per cent — took the most extreme option and said they would wear a mask indoors and outdoors.

YouGov would be self-selecting folks to answer the poll. Still, I’m astounded the number is so high. How gullible are these people?!

Poll could be biased by fear that a no-mask answer would get them on a list. Modern UK is slowly turning into a communist police state.

Yeah. They wear masks and we have basically quit wearing them. I don’t hear much about all the sick and dying of covid these days. Barely 1/4th or 1/3d of the country has been shot up with the so called fix for the planned-demic and yet here we are, right back to where we were. The ball parks are packed with fans and you barely see someone wearing a mask. The malls and swimming pools and beaches are crowded to the max. We are not being banged hourly to wear a mask, keep 6 feet, etc. Walmart is packed with people. Where is all the drama of six, 10, 12 months ago? Were is all the fear? Where is all the TV programs hourly telling us how bad it is going to be, millions are going to die? Nope, we are back to where we started, EXCEPT Deadbrain is president, the price of gas has shot up over a dollar a gallon, millions are unemployed and not working BECAUSE the government is GIVING away money by the bucket full to keep them from working. Everywhere you go you see signs around here begging for workers. Some places around here will start you working right on the spot. Get hired for $12 to $14 an hour AT MCDONALD’S!!! They are begging for people. All the burger places around here are. Dozens of businesses have signs out front, in the windows, etc. hiring. But NO ONE is working BECAUSE the government is giving away free money NOT TO WORK. It was all just to get rid of Trump. They got what they wanted. NOW the nation is suffering for it. It is not going to get any better unless people wake up and destroy them at the next congressional election. If we do not take the house and senate, then pack it in, we are done.
Brits have caved so fast and so easily. Just a herd of obedient sheep, a bunch of purebred puzzies these days. They now need to be fitted with a nose ring.

Looking through these pictures, I did see an occasional mask. However, no one was “social distancing.”
Interesting to see how the English dress, in shorts, blue jeans, polo shirts and even baseball caps—a far cry from the sixties, when I visited, and you had to be in a coat and tie just to go shopping in London.
I don’t believe the poll, but if it is true, then Brits have become truly pathetic creatures.
I’m no Brit, but I’d be very surprised if this poll were valid. The majority don’t seem that different than us; they too want those blasted masks gone for good.

Answer: They don't exist.
It's the usual fake polls to push a pro lockdown, far left agenda. Nothing new here. There was a massive anti lockdown protest in London just a week ago.
I'm not surprised by the findings of this poll. The general view here seems to be that wearing masks is of limited value but is a common-sense precaution in certain environments, certainly not something to be doctrinaire about.
