Poll: Most Voters Think the GOP Will Take Back Congress in Midterm Elections

Most voters think the leftist agenda will take some major hits in the 2022 midterm elections.

According to a Rasmussen poll report released on Tuesday, 60 percent of voters think it is somewhat likely that “Republicans will pick up the five seats they need to regain control of the U.S. House of Representatives next year.” Thirty-five percent think it is very likely.

Only 30 percent of voters said it isn’t likely, with 10 percent undecided, according to the poll:

Four years ago, when Democrats needed to gain 25 House seats to take control of Congress, less than half of voters thought it was likely they could do so. Democrats won a House majority in the 2018 midterms, but lost 11 seats in 2020, so the GOP would need to “flip” only five seats to take back control in 2022.

Republicans have a lot of confidence in themselves for next year’s mid

Bring on the variant and shut everything down again. Guarantee you the Democrats are trying to figure out how to do this without being obvious.

So long as we’re still mailing in ballots that are sent unsolicited to voters, not a chance. It’s hard to imagine Republicans making any tangible gains in states that are controlled by Dem Governors and Secretaries of States.

Even more problematic for Republicans is the Senate amp does not look good for Republicans this cycle. It’s very possible the Dems can pick up a seat or two.

They better. The senate could slip further so the House is essential.

Agree. Most voters don’t take into account who is counting the votes.

I don’t see it.

If they don’t care about fraud or corruption, I don’t care about voting for them.

if 2022 is similar to 2020 then nope.

They can easily flip a statewide election by harvesting/manufacturing mail-in votes in just one or two large cities in a state, but they can't do so as easily for the regional House of Representative races.

They could flip statewide Senate elections, but only 1/3 of Senators are up for election this cycle, so there are fewer opportunities to do so than there was for the 2020 Presidential election.

Republican sticks vote in. Tally two for the Democrat. That is our voting system. It’s broken irreparably. There’s only one way to take this country back

It doesn’t matter what the voters think. What the Dominion programmers think is what matters.

The Calif. recall(Gov.) is in 69 days. The deadline to file for the office is in just 10 days. Shouldn’t that matter more? Apparently it doesn’t. A masochist thinks 14 months of speculation is more fun.

Even if the GOP wins back control it will still allow the Democrats to control it. The GOP is weak, feckless and doesn’t want to lead.

The GOP doesn’t represent us. That is painfully obvious. They want our money and our votes but not our principles and convictions.

We need a new party that actually stands for something.

The GOP will never be that party IMO.

Unless they cheat again. Right in our faces. Got to get to the bottom of the 2020 election.

Elections in totalitarian Marxist Fascist dictatorships are for show. The Left has gone way too far to allow free and fair elections to reverse the steal. It is going to take much more and it it going to take something akin to a Ceausescu moment, with the Woke military neutralized in some manner.

GOP will take back the Senate sooner. Purdue definitely won the Georgia Senate election on Nov 3 and the Az audit may find that Mark Kelly's win in dispute as well. As many as 5 Republican Senate seats may have been stolen in 2020l
