From observing Bush, I have never seen him as an athlete. He looks stiff as a board.
It pretty hard for me to believe this guy shot a 74.

It becomes easier for a golfer to “play his age” or “beat his age” as he gets older. I remember when my dad did that in his 70s, how proud he was. I may even still have the scorecard around here.
