I always appreciate good news. I hope they have the funding to conduct a proper forensic audit. I heard that Maricopa is having funding issues.

If election integrity cannot be proven, then fraud is proven.
Mastriano said there would be multiple rounds of audits. I assume there is scaling issue. It would be very difficult to audit 6+ million ballots at the same time.
It is estimated that the fraud is wide spread, 800k+ illegal ballots in PA. We need to demand that every country is audited if these initial counties turn up fraud. The next round needs to target Rat infested counties like Allegheny.
He was fighting from Day One, but he is only one guy. Did you expect one guy to force the forensic audit 48 hours after the election? Good Gawd, people.

subpoena’s were issued in Arizona too. They were ignored and the Senate that issued them did nothing about it.

I agree with everything you wrote and I know all of this and these attempts at audits are important. But I’m also a realist.
It is a power the State Senate holds and it will be upheld in court......
What court will they bring it to? The Pennsylvania Supreme Court, or whatever they call it in Pa. The same one that said they couldn’t sue over the illegally changed election laws before the election since there was no injury and couldn’t sue after because they were too late?
Do Democrats adhere to silly things like subpoenas? Wasn’t Hillary under subpoena to hand over all sorts of info, which she promptly ignored?
Subpoenas can be challenged in court. Doesn’t take much to get one, but they can be challenged in court and whatever is sought can be denied. Think of it like a lighter version of a search warrant. A search warrant, the “target”...in this case the Philadelphia election information...will be seized and there’s nothing they can do about it. Then Philadelphia can go to court and challenge the validity of the search warrant in a suppression hearing. With a subpoena they can challenge the validity of the subpoena before the information is handed over.
Any resistance from Philadelphia County needs to be viewed as criminal.....
Philadelphia County/City has been corrupt from Day 1. The DA there, should be in prison for the things he’s done and continues to do.
The Sheriff of Philadelphia County defied a court order by not allowing election monitors into the locations to monitor the vote count. The judge in that case should have held him in contempt and had him locked up. Didn’t happen. And once again, Philadelphia County had more votes than actual voters, if I’m not mistaken, and amazingly 99.9% of them went to CornPop and Harris. Imagine that.
It is time to hold these criminals accountable.....
There are only two things that can make that happen. I’m not an advocate for one. I think it’s a waste of time, effort and resources and will never happen. The other is secession and break up of this country. It’s time the so-called Red States in the South, Midwest and Mountain areas of the country to cut ties. What will be most interesting is that states like yours will be gone, as geographically, most of your state is Conservative with only a few Dem cities that, very unfortunately, has way too much sway over things.
Look. Before the 2020 election the son of the governor of Georgia was killed (assassinated) when his car exploded. The opposition sent their message to any governor or secretary of state — allow mail in ballots or your family will be targeted.
So the governors and secretaries of state of five swing states all allowed irregularities with ballots, ballot counts, etc., and their Republican controlled legislatures did nothing until after the election to protect their being thrown out of office. So the elections were legal, but not moral (they have never been moral).
All I can surmise is that Republicans and Democrats cut a deal for a pre-negotiated election outcome that would result in Dems getting rampant immigration and GOP getting cheap labor and rampant inflation to pay down the national debt. What do you think?
I’m sure he aspires to higher office, which is why he’s making a great show of auditing the ‘20 election, which will result in nothing, but he’ll say, “see, I tried”. F ‘em all.

The Philly DA, Larry Krasner, is a devout member of the Politburo. He and the PA Supreme Court (stacked by Soros) will resist this subpoena.
Krasner wants to run for governor. Or he might run for Commonwealth Attorney General since Shapiro (another Politburo member) wants to be governor.
They will twist this into a fight over voter rights, conspiracy theories and Trump to energize their base so they can stuff the ballot boxes again using ballots-by-mail.

Definitely not Democrats! They would get shot in Tioga County. That is about as rural as it gets in Pennsylvania.
