I used to have a “NO SALES, NO SOLICITING, NO RELIGION” sign taped to the window glass of my front door when I lived in the city.
My next door neighbor knew my sentiments and would discourage those people from coming over if they got to his house first.
I have acreage and a backhoe. Just sayin’...
Don’t see many jehovahs witnesses anymore. I never knew this, but the Bible says to slam the door in their faces essentially (in the faces of those peddling false religion). I no longer feel bad shutting the door on them, and don’t bother to even engage them on anything. If they persist in trying to contact someone,, and someone wants to say something to them, tell them ‘you and your false religion are not welcome on my property’and shut the door.
