Yes. When you get to the ELEVENTH paragraph, you find this: “Moments later, he’d have two bullet holes in his back—the second shot fired as Anthony lie facedown on the ground, his gun 10 yards away.”

Suddenly, out of nowhere “his gun” is introduced. The writing is a confused mess, but it becomes clear it is the deceased’s gun.

As you read further, you find the deceased was fleeing the officer and ditched the gun “so he wouldn’t get shot.”

It doesn’t add up.
