I don’t think Harry wants the throne - as a kid I think he and William figured that Harry was the lucky one to escape that life long fate.
She, Meghan, is not in line to the throne. Neither is Camilla nor Catherine. The latter two will become Queen Consorts, not the throne themselves.
And it would be extremely unlikely that Charles, William and children would be all in the same plane.
