CCP at 100 Years: A Century of Killing and Deceit

News Analysis

Editor’s Note: Some of the accounts in this article contain graphic and disturbing details of torture and other forms of degrading treatment.

Founded in July 1921, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has wreaked death and destruction on the Chinese populace for a century.

Armed with the Marxist ideology of “struggle” as its guiding principle, the CCP has launched scores of movements targeting a long list of enemy groups: spies, landlords, intellectuals, disloyal officials, pro-democracy students, religious believers, and ethnic minorities.

With each campaign, the Party’s purported goal has been to create a “communist heaven on earth.” But time and again, the results have been the same: mass suffering and death. Meanwhile, a few elite CCP officials and their families have accumulated incredible power and wealth.

More than 70 years of Party rule have resulted in the killing of tens of millions of Chinese people and the dismantling of a 5,000-year-old civilization.

While China has advanced economically in recent decades, the CCP retains its nature as a Marxist-Leninist regime bent on solidifying its grip on China and the world. Millions of religious believers, ethnic minorities, and dissidents are still violently repressed today.

Below is a summary of some of the major atrocities committed by the CCP in its 100-year history.

Anti-Bolshevik League Incident

Less than a decade after the Party’s founding, Mao Zedong, then the head of a communist-controlled territory in southeast China’s Jiangxi Province, launched a political purge of his rivals known as the Anti-Bolshevik League Incident. Mao accused his rivals of working for the Anti-Bolshevik League, the intelligence agency of the Kuomintang, which was China’s ruling party at the time.

The result was that thousands of Red Army personnel and Party members were killed in the purge.

I’m sure they will celebrate some key highlights of communist rule in China, such as :

1. Chinese intervention in the Korean War, to prop up their comrades in North Korea.

2. Chairman’s Mao campaign to “let a hundred flowers bloom”, allegedly giving Chinese people freedom of speech, then cracking down on those who had the audacity to criticize the communist party.

3. The Great Leap Forward

4. The Cultural Revolution

5. The Tiananmen Square Massacre

Yes indeed, The Chinese Communist Party has quite a few historic achievements to celebrate, don’t they?

to keep the masses in a state of turmoil.

BLM, Red Guards, Green new deal, Great leap forward,
the list goes on and on...

On-line somewhere, possibly the Hoover Institution, is Prof. Richard Walker’s “The Human Cost of Communism in China” monograph study, Senate Internal Security Subcommittee, Sen. Judiciary Committee.

It followed a similar one by Prof. Robert Conquest entitled “The Human Cost of Soviet Communism”.

The third one, “The Human Cost of Communism in Vietnam” came out in 1972, along with a Part II, “The Testimony of Daniel Teodoru, as a rebuttal to “The Testimony of D. Gareth Porter”, Hanoi and Khmer Rouge’s top genocide denier in the US.

a long list of enemy groups: spies, landlords . . . .

Hmm - something familiar about that second enemy, but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Maybe the Supreme Court saying that the CDC could continue the ban on evictions?

“They have murdered many tens of millions of their own citizens, and this is what the DemonRats want for America!”

First, they don’t accept any of the killings actually happened, or at least not nearly as bad as claimed. And that’s if they even know about it.

Second, they are literally CONVINCED that they can make their brand of Socialism/Communism work, so using history against them is unfair.

The thing is that Socialism can actually work and has worked, but ONLY when the following conditions are met:
1) Societal norms REQUIRE that people work productively whenever able to do so. That also means that they study hard in school with getting humiliated (as happens here in minority communities).
2) Society is homogeneous - meaning no significant minority groups exist to counter or take advantage of handouts intended for people who actually need them, or to cause other problems (such as claiming racism).
3) Society is reasonably wealthy.

Countries like Sweden used to have all 3 and therefore could (and did) have a Socialist system that worked (Socialist in that people who couldn’t be productive were taken care of). Now Sweden is like us (having only #3), and ‘slowly’ figuring out that Socialism can no longer work there.

Not just “Killing” The accurate term is “Murder”.

Killing and Murder are two different acts and Murder is often mistakenly described as Killing.

I disagree. Socialism has never truly worked anywhere and never will. Your number 1 cannot happen without some incentive for people to work hard. Countries like Sweden have had a lot of socialism, but were never completely socialist.
