Their non-reaction to a shot fired, not 10 feet from them, was odd.

I guess she was shot in the throat. When your carotid artery is severed you aint got much of a chance.

I’m not saying it was staged or that Babbitt wasn’t really shot, but there is so much wrong in that video. Not only no CPR, no real first aid at all. Nobody does anything. Then when they removed her they carried her down a set of stairs like a sack of potatoes. In any normal scenario they would have been holding manual spine immobilization, applying pressure to wound, and then back boarded her to get out of there. Nobody in that big group of people, including police, apparently had any knowledge of emergency medicine. The whole situation is just...wrong.
