Once the Electoral College vote was held in mid-December 2020 and all the electors were counted, there was no legitimate constitutional/legal way for anyone other than Joe Biden to be inaugurated in January 2021. Period.
Mike Pence had nothing to do with the Electoral College vote that was held in December 2020.

My children were born in Colorado, but we moved to Canada when they were four years old and 18 months old. So they are basically Canadian.
I told them, you two are probably two of the luckiest people on the planet. You can live and work anywhere you want.

That electoral college vote was where the turle flipped. Went from defending Trump and letting him make a case for fraud to attacking Trump and saying the election is over and that Trump lost. The whole think stinks to high heaven.
