The Electoral college has voted, and congress has ratified the result. Trump will not be reinstated. There is no constitutional mechanism for a do-over.

You might want to read what Dr Franklin has written on the subject. I think his argument is "Quo Warranto".

Realistically nothing is going to happen and this is because our judicial system is total crap right now.

Federal courts have no business making decisions to adjudicate the results of a presidential election. It’s the only election whose conditions are explicitly laid out in the U.S. Constitution, so it is effectively a political process, not a legal one.
