1. What would be the legal authority any Federal court would have in ordering a “re-do” of a presidential election?

2. Who would have the authority to define what exactly constitutes “flaws in the process?”

Letting courts into this process would be a nightmare. I’m really surprised anyone on this site wouldn’t recognize that.

The Supreme Court. And, courts at the state level absolutely have ordered new elections when there have been overwhelming evidence of voter fraud.

That is certainly the way it should be.

But, the evidence has to be there and this Supreme Court would have to be willing to act. I doubt any evidence will be allowed to be unearthed and SCOTUS is gutless.
