If you believe the GOP will save the country remember. From January 2017 to January 2019 the GOP controlled both houses of Congress and the presidency. Two budgets were passed during that time. Either budget could have defunded and privatized PBS and NPR. Neither did. Trump would have gladly signed off on the defunding of NPR and PBS. If they don’t have the guts to defund two media outlets trying to destroy them, why would any rationale being believe they will defend your liberty much less the Republic?
