Back in May, I reported on a letter Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-WI) sent to Dr. Anthony Fauci about the origins of the Wuhan coronavirus, which The Washington Post included in their coverage. Jerry Dunleavy with The Washington Examiner who has been consistently covering the issue, had an update on Friday. While the congressman did hear back from Dr. Fauci, in a letter from June 25, he is less than thrilled with the level of ignorance:
Gallagher told the Washington Examiner, “Dr. Fauci continues to hide behind highly legalistic responses that raise more questions than answers.
“Moreover, if it’s true that the man in charge of our response to the pandemic didn’t have access to the relevant intelligence, that’s extremely troubling, and we need to find out why.”
"Have you scrutinized all that the U.S. government knows about the sick researchers at the WIV, including the facts released by the State Department in January and any additional underlying intelligence or other information? If so, how so? If not, why not," one of the questions asked.

China is a very large country. It must have 1000 wet markets.
Wuhan Institute of Virology is in a very specific place, Wuhan.
If the virus first appears in Wuhan, as it apparently did, why would anyone not first think it escaped or was released from Wuhan?

Here’s what Dr. Fauci knew within 13 hours of receiving an email suggesting gain of function connection to the Coronavirus…
1) Dr. Fauci knew there was a lethal virus on the loose that began in Wuhan, China.
2) He knows the American taxpayers have funded gain-of-function research in Wuhan, China.
3) He knows that the research grant didn’t go through the required oversight board.
4) He knows the virus, quote, ‘looks engineered’ and quote, ‘not consistent with evolutionary theory’.
5) He knows he may have ties to this work in China… his fingerprints, in fact, may be on this.
What was his immediate response? He organized a conference call for later that same day… but he did NOT send it to his various American governmental counterparts who would be heading up the Coronavirus response. He contacted virologists from around the world. Fauci was the ONLY person from the government on this urgent call. We do not know explicitly what happened on that call, but we do know what happened 4 days later.
Four days later, the same guy who said in an email to Fauci that the virus ‘looked engineered’ sent another email saying something quite different. ‘The crackpot theories going around at the moment relate to this virus being somehow engineered. That is demonstrably false.’

Dr.Fauci should be tried for treason. He is complicit in this entire COVID 19 pandemic which has killed millions.
Fauci and Obama need to hang.
Likewise for Biden!
The funding began under the Obama administration.
