Just because its legal doesn’t mean you can use it whenever you want.

Early on after it was legalized in Colorado a cable employee got terminated for testing positive for pot....he took it to court and the court sided with the employer.

Any organization has the right to implement and enforce a zero tolerance policy IMO.....just my 2 cent

I can see why may companies/organizations would not want to allow their employees to be high at work.

I do not see why an athlete would be punished for using pot. If anything, it would degrade their performance.

Legal or not, we don’t need potheads stoned on the job. Just like alcohol.

Though many potheads think they do better while stoned. No one else around them thinks so. Methheads think they are doing great too.

If you work anywhere that is eligible for federal grant or loan programs, the employer is required to have a zero tolerance drug policy.
