Their criteria:

Public Persuasion
Crisis Leadership
Economic Management
Moral Authority
International Relations
Administrative Skills
Relations with Congress
Vision / Setting an Agenda
Pursued Equal Justice For All
Performance Within Context of Times

They rank tyrant Lincoln first and socialist FDR 3rd.

For a laugh, look at their: “Pursued equal justice for All” rankings:

LBJ who escalated the war in Vietnam based on a lie, stole his way into Congress and has been accused of being behind the Kennedy assassination?

If you ask me, Saint FDR is the worst. WW2 bla blah blah, so what? Who did more DAMAGE to country and constitution than him?

As for Trump, lets go through them

Public Persuasion: high

Crisis Leadership: Unfortunately the deep state played him on the virus, he was great is spearheading the vaccine though (for whatever that’s worth)

Economic Management: Good

Moral Authority: I’m not sure what that is but he was great on pro-life

International Relations: His foreign policy was close to superlative, it’s back to horrible under the usurper

Administrative Skills: Many underlings were poorly chosen and left in place too long, deep state

Relations with Congress: Pretty terrible but that’s because they are swine, he was effective at bullying the weak GOP conference some of the time, only do to their fear of being primaried.

Vision / Setting an Agenda: Like none another

Pursued Equal Justice For All: He certainly did this

Performance Within Context of Times: I say good.

Based on THESE criterion you could say FDR did really well, but the “agenda” he set was malicious so where he actually belongs is the super-villain hall of fame. Who else comes close? LBJ? Buchanan did nothing to prevent the civil war but that’s different than actively doing harm. Frankly you can’t compare any of the lousy 19th Century Presidents to modern democrats.

We all hate Obama but IMO he was too mediocre even at being terrible to be at the tip top. If he had a Stalinist Congress for all 8 years that would have been a different story. Trump was able to take a brillo pad to much of his agenda.
