Ever since the introduction of Windows Vista in early 2007, Microsoft has enforced the rule that Windows drivers must carry digital signatures by default. Any software that runs in kernel mode, in fact, has to be signed by the company. This is a security measure that should prevent malicious software from digging its claws in too deep. However, what happens when Microsoft gives its blessing to a rootkit?
That's what happened a few months ago and was just now discovered thanks to G DATA Software security analyst Karsten Hahn. Initially, the company received a false-positive alert from a driver that was signed by Microsoft. After a lot of investigation into the matter, it turns out that the positive was valid. A driver signed by Microsoft was redirecting traffic bound for hundreds of IP addresses to a server in China.

When the do their pretend inquisitions, nobody in Congress ever asks big tech if they have CCP members working for them (OF COURSE THEY DO). And then the follow up: Who are they really working for?
Everything has been infiltrated.
That's not really true. OSX is a derivative of BSD if I recall correctly. Linux is based on it's own code base. Some software may be written to be compiled on both systems through makefiles, but the actual codebase of the kernel is different.
They both descend from Unix; BSD is a Unix derivative; Linus used Unix in his creation. Perhaps ‘underlying’ was the wrong word, I’m not a stickler for strict accuracy - too old for that crap.

Google and Microsoft and Apple are all basically the same company just with minor differences barely worth mentioning. These are the four companies we should not under any circumstances be doing business/using their products:
Trump, as usual, is right. Trump listed them all because they are evil rotten ideological companies.
You are off your meds, hurry to the pharmacy and renew your prescription. Else, just go away with your cray cray theories.
All that and yet you’re using the Internet and some kind of browser and connection to do so…………
Guss it ain’t that important?
Thanks for attacking me personally, I appreciate that.
As for the facts they are widely reported, and Trump was right.
Why is Apple so coveted when they haven’t done anything to earn it? I don’t understand how there are misplaced loyalties on this.
In a just world the Air Force would be dropping J-DAMS on Microsoft HQ and Bill Gates house.
It’s no a question of loyalty………it’s called “No Other Option”.
In order for you and I to get news, to communicate, shop, for work, and much more being added everyday where the internet is necessary, we really have no choice but to use whatever is available.
As far as the Chinese knowing that I buy Ultra Soft Toilet Paper, or tons of stuff from Chewy, I don’t think that matters.
I mean, who cares? The Chicoms are not going to be able to take this country over because I order 80s music from Apple.
They’ll need to fight for it.
Nuke us, or get troops here.
So either we stay completely off the internet, or the advertisers and Chicoms will know what color curtains you prefer.
Thanks for attacking me personally, I appreciate that. As for the facts they are widely reported, and Trump was right.

Your welcome! If the shoe fits wear it. DJT is not always right about everything; he made some poor decisions while in office.
Widely reported disinformation does not make it true. Most of this disinformation you reference comes from the CCP control of the Media and its personnel who report such things to cause chaos.
You can believe it, if you must; just remember your masters in Beijing are watching and if you keep behaving correctly, you will get your check.
Linux works just fine for all of these listed use cases without contributing to the swamp in any of its sectors. It’s not the only option either. Completely cutting off the internet and getting rid of all TVs and radios is just not necessary.
I’d be happy to help in any way I could and I know there are others around here as well. You wouldn’t be the first I’ve helped switch and won’t be the last.
But the inevitability you describe, it’s not that way.
Very kind offer.
I’ll look at Linux and research it.
Thanks.
Have a great evening.
Bttt!
