The Constitution was shredded on January 20 , 2021. The process began when President Beat Hillary Clinton, the goddess of the Washington, D.C Power Elite which included members of the Republican Party as well as the Democrat Party, in the 2016 Presidential election. It was Executed November 3, 2020. With the aid , cooperation, and assistance of the Republican Party, it succeeded January 20, 2021. At time, a Copy of the Holy Bible was desecrated when Joe Biden placed his hand upon it and deliberately lied while feinting the truth. Once the Thief and Whore were safely ensconced in the White House, Satan rejoiced, and the theft was accomplished.

The sheep carried out their roles like troopers to an individual. Instead of becoming indignant over the fact the Election had just been stolen, as one and with one accord, they stuck their heads way inside their asses. Then they went about their normal day to day activities as if nothing of the ordinary happened. Ans Pretended that the Constitution was still in effect. No, it is not. A Coup was executed by the Democrat Party on January 20, 2021. With the total and complete assistance and cooperation of the Republican Party. Conservatives further delude themselves that through the Republican Party they will retake Control of the Country in 2022. What they fail to understand is, that on January 20, 2021 the Republican Party became a part of the Democrat Party when they join hands and both Parties betrayed the United States of America. Both Parties are now operating as if stolen elections and violations of Law are routine and mean nothing.

I wish the courts and legislatures would spend as much time trying to save our liberty, and country, as they do on pot, queers, and aggrieved victims of nothing!

Whenever a law prevents free access or the use of a product for individual use, that law risks infringing on costitutional rights that as you have noted often go far beyond the original intent. However you ought to note that “legalization” and “normalization” of drug use has resulted and will continue to result in the destruction of many individuals and families which are the foundation of any vibrant culture. The press at one time reported on individual overdose deaths. They rarely report on such deaths or other drug related deaths such as accidents, shootings , domestic violence and murders under the influence. Nor do they report on the devastating effects on familiies when a loved one dies of an overdose or drug related death. Nor do they report on the agony of trying to live with a habitual “recreational” drug user. Constitutional rights seem very secondary to those who have suffered the real ramifications of habitual drug use be it legal or illgal.

You forgot to include in the list alcohol, which does far more damage to society and individuals than all illegal drugs combined.

It’s logically sound to make the argument that should be the first substance banned extra-constitutionally.

Not sure that is entirely true.Urban areas are devasted by cocaine and heroin. Rural areas have huge heroin addiction rates. The American Southwest is the amphetamine capital of the world. The effects are pervasive. Of course alcohol was once banned as the drugs mentioned are now illegal. Portugal, some American states ( Oregon and California) are trying to legalize all these currently illegal drugs, not just marijuana. During prohibition bootleggers, illegal establishments received all the publicity, the violence was publicized, people turned against the law and it was repealed. However it should be noted that alcohol related deaths ( “alcohol poisoning”, cirrhosis, accidents even suicides) declined and rapidly increased after it was legalized and became readily available and much cheaper. If accurate non biased records are kept, it will be interesting to see what will be the health effects of legalization.
