There will never be “racial diversity” in jury pools because: there are very few of the preferred minority who are not addicted to drugs, in jail, mentally up to the task, and who understand English well enough to know what’s going on and be able to show up.
So the jury will always be disproportionally non-minority, and all convictions of minorities will be thrown out, and that is exactly what the left has been hoping for.
Whitey, on the other hand, will not have this privilege, and will be thrown in jail and his assets taken and redistributed, as the left has been hoping for.
Are you actually saying there are some demographic groups that never have a larger percent membership on a jury than they do in the general population? For example that no jury has ever had three or more members who happened to be black?
