“Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.” ― George Orwell, 1984

I’m good.
NYC doesn’t deserve Teddy Roosevelt.
Now if there were a way to expel cesspits like Portland, NYC, LA, and Chicago from the Union.

Meanwhile a few blocks east of the Museum of Natural history, where they removed the statue of Teddy Roosevelt, sits the FDR parkway, named after a racist liberal President who ripped American citizens of Japanese heritage from their homes and stuck them in internment camps, long after Teddy Roosevelt had passed away.

In his book about the Rough Riders, Teddy talks with pride about his regiment, because it performed as well under fire as the 10th Cavalry which also attacked San Juan Hill. The 10th was the only black cavalry regiment.

Wouldn't it be fun to tear down an Osama Obama statue somewhere! And IIRC there's a statue of Karl Marx somewhere on the campus of the University of Massachusetts.

“Freemasonic Klansman”??.... That’s a combo of two opposites! The Klan was as opposed to freemasonry as it was to blacks, and Jews, and Catholics, and Republicans.

Teddy Roosevelt, who founded the progressive party, was an outspoken defender of women’s rights, an early champion of civil rights and equality for black and Native Americans during the early 20th century;... President Teddy Roosevelt also was an outspoken defender of Asian rights. In San Francisco, there were riots against Japanese-Americans. San Francisco officials discriminated against them and wouldn't allow them into public schools. President Teddy Roosevelt forced SF to back down. He spoke out and said he admired the Japanese peoples, when few white officials would, although he later negotiated exclusion of Japanese immigration to the U.S.A. to defuse tensions.
