It is very possible that Donald Trump will continue to have great political influence in the years to come. It is also possible that he will have the health and vitality to run for president again in 2024. It is even possible that he will win. But one thing is sure: Donald Trump will not be reinstated as president this year or, for that matter, any year before 2024. Sorry, but facts are facts.

Where in the Constitution does it talk about reinstatement? A president who did something illegal to become president could be impeached. And if hes impeached device president becomes president until hes impeached, leaves office, or voluntarily steps down. Please show me where in the Constitution it talks about reinstatement? Mark off

Yours may be the most correct response. Until when get certain issues and procedures in order, we no longer have a reliable voting system. I’m sure some GOP will continue to win here and there, but for the big, most influential elections, unless we call out and throw out all fake voting machines, name, prosecute, fine and jail all election officials who cheat, then nothing will change for the better as a country.
Even though Sidney Powell thinks the election can be nullified, I doubt that. I’m not a lawyer. I’m an engineer. But I believe that the only result of showing that the election was fraudulent would be removal from office.
That being said, I visited this thread in order to point out that the Sidney Powell’s of the world may have an unlikely friend. If the election of Biden was not legitimate, then the election of Harris was equally fraudulent. Who would benefit from the removal of both Biden and Harris simultaneously? Nancy Pelosi might just sit back and watch the fireworks rather than allow the House to interfere.
Establishing fact and historical accuracy is ALWAYS worth pursuing for it’s own sake, irrespective of any other consideration.
If the truth casts doubt on the legitimacy of this criminal, destructive, and tyrannically inclined regime, then so much the better.
But there is a constitutional way that Trump could be reinstated. This method is utterly unlikely and improbable, because it would involve a regard for honor and integrity that the ruthless, unscrupulous and evil DEMONRATS are utterly devoid of. But were it to be coupled with the threat of criminal indictment for crimes against the state due to willful complicity with massive electoral fraud or other such adjudication, then it might have an outside chance. (VERY outside, I admit)
On Oct 10 1973, while facing charges of corruption and tax evasion, Spiro Agnew resigned the vice presidency, and President Nixon appointed Gerald Ford to the position. We all know what happened subsequently when Richard Nixon was facing a bi-partisan impeachment over Watergate. Ford became POTUS.
Similarly, envision Harris being compelled to resign after actual evidence has established beyond any doubt that massive electoral fraud has occurred, along with the already well established constitutional violations involving the Article II elector process and state legislative authority; and a revelation that Trump was actually the electoral victor. Harris is compelled to resign, whether because of pressure from potential prosecution, or because she has been “convinced” that her resignation is in the best interests of the nation. Biden, under overwhelming pressure to avoid the joint, appoints Trump as VP to avoid prosecution. Biden then resigns, and Trump becomes POTUS legally and constitutionally. The XXV amendment does require a majority confirmation of both houses of Congress, and that is where the public pressure would intervene to demand such a confirmation.
Again, all this relies upon the electoral fraud being established and widely accepted, (which I believe will ultimately occur) and a certain measure of honor and integrity from the least likely possessors of it in the nation, the DEMONRATS. So like others here who engage in wild speculation, I am simply posing food for thought.
But notice, there IS a way for Trump to be reinstated, (if not by August) no matter how unlikely, and it seems to me to be a better solution then one arrived at by force of arms.
There is a high likelihood that Trump may have received as many as 85 million votes. Imagine the political pressure from just 10% of this pissed off electorate, in possession of solid evidence that the election had been stolen from them by the connivance of foreign state actors and corrupt Blue State DEMONRATS.
Again, the ascension of Gerald Ford to the presidency was as unlikely a political event as any in history, until the threat of punitive adjudication forced a heretofore unprecedented two executive branch resignations.
No matter what, we must NEVER stop trying to arrive at the truth of this greatest fraud in US history.

This guy is correct. Not because President Trump should not be reinstated. He should be. Without a doubt. But, because no one in DC has the guts to do the right thing. Not the politicians and not the Supreme Court. They won’t touch this issue. The politicians will Cowardly defer to the SC. The SC will refuse to take up the case. Without a political will and without the SC nothing will happen to remedy the Fraud the Dems and RINO’s perpetrated on the American People.
The only remedy to that lack of guts would be a MASSIVE Uprising by the 75 MILLION Trump voters descending upon DC. This is unlikely to happen. While we attend President Trump rally’s in Massive support we are unlikely to risk descending upon DC by the 10’s of MILLIONS.
We are far too comfortable in our lives to do such a thing. The Egyptians did this by the many many MILLIONS to overthrow the Muslim Brotherhood takeover of their government several years ago but,
Americans are on the whole, not impoverished Egyptians. Our relatively Comfortable lives make us very reluctant to take such steps to take back our country as did the Egyptians. This is exactly what the Swamp is counting on. And, the treatment of the Jan. 6th protesters, Solitary Confinement, re-education to plea down their charges is a Message being sent byThe Swamp to all of us.
Reinstatement will NOT happen, BUT the knowledge that it was stolen WILL awaken a sleeping giant of the people where future elections will NOT be able to be stolen!! Biden as POTUS will be a bigger joke than he is already!! The administration WILL BE neutered!! The RINOS in our party who have screamed along with the Dems that this was NOT stolen will also be neutered!!

Oh, hell. But I gotta agree with the author. Trump was cheated out of a win in 2020. Even if the evidence proves that, nothing will be done.
Who could do anything about it, anyway? The answer to that question is the Supreme Court. They could issue a ruling, even if it is beyond their power to do so. After all, who would challenge them on it? They are not called the “Supreme” Court for nothing.
But the Supreme Court would NOT try to make things right, even if the evidence is overwhelming. It would upset the apple cart way too much.
Fraud vitiates all.
