Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has harshly responded to the Department of Justice and the Biden administration over their lawsuit filed against his state’s new voting law.
At a news conference yesterday, Kemp said: “Let me be clear: The Department of Justice lawsuit announced today is legally and constitutionally dead wrong. Their faults and baseless accusations are quite honestly disgusting.” Kemp described the DOJ’s lawsuit as a “politically motivated assault on the rule of law.”

Kemp had so much going for him.. young and electable ... he couldn’t just live an honest life and serve the state of Ga... no, he had to get deep in corruption.. he had to turn on Trump and help the democrats destroy our country.
He has lost all he could have had... was it worth it!!!

In the left wing constitution, the right to cheat in elections and produce whatever amount of ballets they need shall not be infringed, which is what their lawsuit is all about.
He knows Trump has him and his administration on Treason charges. He is doing this to prevent being hung.
Kemp is a card carrying POS who belongs in prison.
Basically the new GA voting law is a joke. It does almost nothing to correct the fraud because mail in voting is still allowed and the machines are still in place with the same election officials in charge. Nothing will change. The only reason the DOJ is trying to sue is to try and stop a forensic audit.
And hard to cheat unless the governor is corrupt and ignores the law like Kemp did
Ya never know. Maybe he’s gotten some guts.
That said, I think the thing that really alienated and weakened Kemp was Trump’s public attack on him...twice...for trying to reopen his state.
Trump eventually did change his mind, but initially he was in thrall to Pence and Fauci. Life might be different now if Trump had congratulated and supported Kemp (and Abbot in Texas) on trying to reopen.

He wouldn’t call for a special session of the state legislature after the 2020 Election, so he is corrupt. They just recounted the same ballots.

I see him, Duncan, Raffensberger, and Carr saying something along the lines of ….. we tried out best, but the Feds were just too good ….. as they smile, shrug their shoulder and head off to Reynolds Plantation or St Simons
Couple that with the fact that they did NOTHING about ‘mail in voting’ and drop boxes. Ergo, the very same infrastructure that stole the Presidential and Senate votes in November and January is still very much in place and ready to be used again.
Maybe too simplistic but, how can the very same federal courts that said they had no jurisdiction over state elections and voting laws, in November 2020, have jurisdiction over them now?
And that ain’t hard.

Leading up to the Olympics, Atlanta got federal grants to start tearing down all the Section 8 housing projects.
Techwood Homes, where Centennial Place apartments are now, were the first to go to clean the city up for the Olympics.
As they all closed, all those folks and their Section 8 certificates needed to go somewhere. Dekalb was the first to get some. With Clayton right behind them. Now it’s spread to Henry and Douglas county as well.
As I said, Kemp is a coward and Abrams has a lot of leftist money behind her.
