That kind of money would instantly toss inflation into the stratosphere and that 110 would be worth perhaps 100 in current depreciating money. The thinking in DC seems to be we are going to have a hyperinflation, lets get all the votes we can in the run-up and then cement ourselves in as the Permanent overlords.
