There is another take on the "bipartisanship'. This theory proposes:

Republicans in key states gamed the system to their advantage in 2016 and 2018 in key races for state offices, including SOS in battleground states. Democrats, with the help of Dominion where made aware of this. They then conspired together in 2020 to defeat Trump. The SOS's in these states had to go along, or risk being exposed.
