To: Right Wing Vegan

Yup, variety is good. 100 vegans and 100 keto people pretty much even each other out and no one should be forcing either diet on anyone.

Completely agree. In fact, I have not been vocal about being vegan for decades. Very few friends and acquaintances know about it. Only recently am I outspoken about it, and that is primarily to have my own particular soapbox as a vegan against this new world order agenda diet meddling. Honestly, I would rather have the entire rest of the world remain carnivore than even one person eat “less meat” because it was imposed by elites.

I agree. But most Keto people find that it isn’t sustainable for life whereas most vegetarians find vegetarianism is a choice they can maintain throughout life...into eternity actually.
