There wasn’t this much attention in the press when President Bill Clinton’s Arkansas law license was suspended for five years because he admitted he lied to investigators in the Paula Jones sexual harassment case.
Don’t they have to prove that Giuliani knew the statement to be false when he said it?
Rudy got this “false” info from the PA SOS website. Later the SOS claimed it had not been updated when the cited numbers were up there. So, it sounds like the statement was true at one point and the SOS did some back filling to make it look false later.

One thing that should be noted is that in NY, the Supreme Court is not the highest court in the State. My recollection is that it is actually the first court that hears a case. I don’t know the particulars, but I am sure someone here has better knowledge. It makes it sound like it is an unappealable ruling.
The quote about the incorrect number of mail in ballots in Pennsylvania is true. That was an error based on primary figures in Pennsylvania.
