I initially thought bomb, because of how much it looked like the Murrah fed building in OKC, but others made a good point: No smoke, no fires, no ATF and FBI presence.
I thought so too, but others countered with good points on why it is unlikely an act of terror.
They are worried about getting too close to the building, possible further collapse.
I’m wondering about the test the Navy did a few days ago- caused a 3.9 quake- but 100 miles offshore. I dunno.
It is not unusual for a beach condo to have close to 100% Jewish residents.
Cannot help but speculate that terrorism may be involved here after the recent Hamas-Israel war.

Someone in the live chat asserts they live 1 block from collapse, no bomb sound.
But this building was designed to survive hurricanes and had survived 40 years of them. I suppose it is possible that weathering that weather had eventually weakened something, but I am still ready for a terror announcement today. The timing was perfect for maximizing casualties.

Lets see, built in 1981, Reagan’s fault. Collapsed in 2021- Trump’s fault. Rick Scott and Ron Desantis’ fault because they must have cut spending on some obscure, repetitive housing program that would have saved this building because they hate minorities and are a bunch of bigoted racists homophones, or something.
