I gather it’s back to sweltering for y’all.
We’ll be right there with ya starting tomorrow, though not QUITE as hot as there.
We are definitely into the hot weather, creeping towards triple-digits later this week and I've had the A/C cranking,
Robin and her sister are hanging out together in a cabin at a lake resort for a few days, son's working late so I've been tasked to feed the pups today and tomorrow, boy, they were sure happy to see me tonight, LOL.

Yes, it was 98 today and will be similar temps for the next few days till Sunday. Then It’s “supposed” to rain and cool down to the 80s. Fingers crossed for both to happen!
Sorry you are going to heat back up, too. Yours doesn’t have to be as hot with all the humidity you have. We’ll both be uncomfortable in different ways. Till fall gets here sometime in October. LOL!

I feel for ya! When you’re hitting triple-digit temps, that’s really stay inside weather.
We had a nice little break the last two days with comfy temps and low humidity but tomorrow the heat and humidity are back.
Are Robin and her sister at the same lake resort you went to with your son or is it a different one? I hope the cabin has A/C! You can tell I’m a wimp and not into camping. LOL
Those pups are always happy to see you. LOL You get out and play with them. Fun times for those cute lil critters.
Not a whole lot going on this week. Just waiting for Friday so I can get back up to the museum.

We have rain chances starting Friday but they aren’t very high. That means it’ll just be steamy for the next week.

Unfortunately the cotton is growing too well. LOL It won’t be long before it flowers and our allergies fire up big time. We reeeeeeeally wish he hadn’t planted it again this year.
Do Momma7 and Momma5 show up at different times every day now? Just wondering if they prefer to avoid each other these days.
I see a few raindrops on the cam housing at Lake Hood so they’re getting a little more rain than you did. Maybe you’ll get more as the evening wears on.
Nope. No tornados, please. A nice thunderstorm or two with cool “light shows” would be nice though. LOL
Steamy comes with the territory. I’ll still take living here over living in a desert ANY day. I like being surrounded by greenery too much. :-)
It’s a shame we can’t have greenery AND dry heat. LOL! Or better yet, just a tiny bit of heat. I’ve lost whatever heat tolerance I once had.

I hear ya on the loss of tolerance for heat. It’s one of the reasons I quit the car club a while back. Just couldn’t handle being in the blazing sun with 90+ degree temps all day any more.
This getting old thing kinda stinks. LOL

Watching Steve’s stream on the collapsed building in FL. at least for a bit longer. I didn’t know it was on till about 10 minutes ago. Horrible. Have no idea how many injured or dead.

Whoa! First I’ve heard about the building in FL! I’ve been away from the computer most of the night. I’ll check out Steve’s stream for a few minutes. Then I need to get the before-bed routine dealt with and hit the sack.
No coolness to enjoy for a while. Maybe at night but not during the day. The coolness will all be inside. LOL
I’ve been modding, but I’m going to have to give it up soon. It’s going to be an all-nighter and more.

Kathy’s internet problems seem to have moved down here. LOL It keeps going out so I’ve been dealing with the cat stuff while it’s out and peeking at the stream when the connection comes back. Now it’s time to shut the computer off and head to bed.
Giz is definitely a pro at finding poop to roll in. LOL
