i am not interested in making any such items but understand that it is something a skilled person could do
and I doubt getting whatever would be a serious problem, all it takes is some $ after all and you can buy whatever you want

i am not skilled and not inclined to get involved in any such project. the youth will have to fight for their liberties in USA...to regain their freedoms....
but these kinds of weapons would not seem useful even for that
