Iran is claiming that the administration of U.S. President Joe Biden offered to remove 1,040 sanctions that were imposed during the administration of President Donald Trump, as Biden tries to entice Iran to resume the 2015 nuclear deal.
The original deal lifted sanctions on Iran and gave it access to billions of dollars in return for commitments to slow nuclear research and development for about a decade. Iran continued to pursue nuclear weapons, despite the deal.

Not good enough, apparently. Biden must want this deal as badly as Obama (or Jarrett) did. Maybe they still do, and that's what is going on.
Alleged ally Germany has been trying to break sanctions ever since Trump withdrew from the deal. I would not be surprised if Germany did indeed break sanctions with Biden’s tacit approval to get Iran in reinstate this crap deal. That is why Iran’s economy is improving along with escalating oil prices and now, they have money to continue terror and sabotage in the Middle East
