BREAKING: GOP BLOCKS DEMS' 'VOTING RIGHTS' BILL; VP PLEDGES 'FIGHT IS NOT OVER' pic.twitter.com/LeemMusRKE

Notice the pain in Kamala’s voice.
Senate Republicans torpedoed the “For the People Act,” a federal takeover of elections, on Tuesday night. The legislation received 50 affirmative votes along party lines, with no Republican support. Democrats were unable to overcome the GOP filibuster to move forward with the legislation.
The #CorruptPoliticiansAct provides welfare for politicians with a 6-to-1 match of campaign donations with taxpayer money.

S. 1 is an unprecedented power grab & a blatant attempt by those who are in power–by the slimmest margin possible–to overhaul & rewrite election laws for all 50 states in one fell swoop. Yesterday, I addressed Democrats’ misnamed “For the People Act” on the #Senate floor. pic.twitter.com/U9KKNPrE20

MCCONNELL: The biggest lie being told in American politics has been that the states are involved in a systematic effort to suppress the vote. That's not happening. As we all know, we had the biggest voter turnout last year since 1900. pic.twitter.com/wrONnJTJpq

So now they’ll intensify the push to eliminate the filibuster.
They will target the filibuster now.
And that snake Manchin has indicated that he will now "compromise" and lower the number from 60 to 55. So with the RINO traitors, the Dems will get everything they want.
It was a no brainer... It was unconstitutional. About time the Pubs stepped up to the plate instead of taking the bribes. This should have required state ratification as an amendment. How they keep allowing this stuff to slip through without ratification I have no clue.
Manchin is all but mocking them. They don’t have the required 60 votes to change anything.
He’s goofing on them. The Rats know it.
Everyone here should too.
The filibuster is a dead man walking. Putting your faith in Manchin or Tester or Sinema is like putting your faith in 5D chess moves. Best prepare ourselves for their reworking of the Judiciary. The 2nd amendment will basically be repealed in the USSC by an 8-5 count as will honest elections.
It’s only a bandaid on a artery cut, won’t last. Hold your breath until 2022.
It hasn’t gone down in flames.
RCV is already in use in a few state, Maine and Alaska among others.
And RCV enabled voting machines are already in use in many more states.
HR1 would have taken that nationwide, but as we found out the hard way, this past election was stolen without HR1.
A temporary setback for the rats. This won’t stop them.
They will try again. The Republicans must manage to successfully block all other such attempts for the next year or so. Within 6 months of the election, I doubt Democrats would try it because it would look too bad to the voters who clearly do not favor the Cheat Forever act.
“The 2nd amendment will basically be repealed in the USSC by an 8-5 count as will honest elections.”
Only if American gun owners are stupid enough to roll over and accept it, since the Supreme Court has no authority to do away with the Bill of Rights.
Thanks Red Badger.
Democrats and their filthy ‘voter fraud for Democrats’ bills will keep showing up like a bad penny...
We won round one of a thirty round fight..
Democrats are the party of high crime and criminals...
Keep fighting them McConnell.
Today we won... tomorrow they’ll try to de-fund police, the next day they’ll be working to let in criminals from Honduras break into the country... the day after that they’ll try to pass bills allowing ‘teachers’ to indoctrinate our kids to communism.
Fight the criminal party every day McConnell...
