Where to begin…this is the most pathetic, weak-kneed nonsense imaginable. Funding for gain of function to China? So he's saying we should continue it but just not with China? Also, this was already done (recently by Rand Paul) so why is McCarthy touting this like it's some great accomplishment? McCarthy HAS to go. In fact, a majority of his friends need to join him.
