As far as ozero goes however he just didn’t want any blowback during his term thinking he’d be around forever and even he realized that a bioweapon in the hands of the chicoms might not be a good idea. Even with all his estates around the world he might not be able to hide from a weaponized virus. So he did the right thing for once,sounds like val/jar once again calling the shots.
