Following the criminal indictment of a fellow officer, the entire Portland Police Rapid Response Team made the unanimous decision to resign, according to police sources via Portland news outlet KXL.
Cory Budworth, 40, is the first officer in the county to be prosecuted for using force during a violent protest.
The Rapid Response Team is a group of volunteer officers who respond to civil disobedience, demonstrations and riots. At the time of the incident, Officer Budworth was assigned to the Rapid Response Team for crowd control.
Indeed, Budworth was indicted for breaking up an Antifa riot in 2020, charged with misdemeanor fourth-degree assault. He was accused of “unlawfully, knowingly and recklessly causing physical injury” to Teri Jacobs on August 18.

This is why OR is rotten, along with CA and more than a double handful of other states.

States with Automatic Voter Registeration and Sanctuary Cities

The purpose of this thread is to list the states with automatic voter registration, mostly by getting driver’s licenses, but also through other means such as applying for social service. And combine that with sanctuary states, counties and cities. Counting ballots and making sure all voters are registered doesn’t help solve the problem of illegals voting.
Heck - More likely that the undercover Fibbies were mixed in with the ANTIFA rioters providing them weapons and urging them on.
It only took these guys a year to figure out that they are the patsies.
I’m going to call my mayor and ask her to hire some of them. /s
Very good. The entire Portland PD should walk off the job.
On our local news (Portland) they had a report last night about the district attorney, Mike Schmidt. Most of the indictments for violent rioting were dropped by him. The police put up over 1200 arrests and only a few dozen actually got prosecuted. So the Police are arresting but the next day the same people are running around violating more laws. I would hate to be an officer in PDX.
Unfortunately my family has two business’ downtown so we have to pay the price in losing property and customers.
basically the entire state is corrupted right up to our Gov. Kate Brown.

Thanks for your informative post.
What a sad state of affairs.
And to think brave pioneers struggled thousands of miles across America in wooden wagons to build a new future in Oregon and it ends up like this.
The real question is, will these same police refuse to come after citizens that defend themselves with force?
Every officer on that force worth their salt oughtta quit!!!
I say if there’s a riot or violent breakout with the blm or antifa scum the police all should converge and blockade them in to the area they’re occupying. Let them destroy that property and murder themselves but by all means Noone gets out of that area. This would mean securing the sewer system as well but a big 20 foot wall at each corner should do it. If anyone tries to get out well it’s free target practice day for the often abused police. The time for peace in these situations appears to be over.
Good. But, one question. I wonder how many of those cops voted for (the whores calling the shots) in that miserable excuse of a city?
Resigned from the rapid response team
They need to get out of Oregon
-——come to Florida, always in need of some Good Guys.
