This is totally different from the CBS version.
CBS statues that THE PLAINTIFFS HAD NO STANDING, not that “rejecting a claim that it is unconstitutional”.
IOW, sounds like they threw it out, and did not really rule on it?
If so, this NBC report is totally misleading and disingenuous.

Meaning Thomas, Comey Barrett and Cavanaugh were in the majority keeping it alive.

That’s the real story here IMO.

The Supreme Court is nearing the trust level as the media.

(women and children to be impacIQ of chimpsted the most.)
The court couldn’t get past standing in the case since the penalty collection through the IRS ended. The teeth of the entire ACA were knocked out some time back.

The NBC report attached to the original post said it was denied on standing. That’s the 2nd time Texas has been pushed back on standing. They got a similar response on their election challenge.

I want auto insurance to cover pre-existing damage. It’s only fair that damage from accidents from before I was insured gets repaired.

2 of the 3 Trump appointees voted to for now keep it alive.

Glad we fought so hard for Amy Conehead Barrett and party boy Kavenaugh.

If Texas will never have standing within the constitutional republic, might as well leave it.

Yes. Well, I have 2 things to glean from that.
Either Trump again proves he doesn’t know what he’s doing with people (e.g. turnstile approach to cabinet)…
…or don’t toss people based on a few decisions you actually hear about.
Mostly I go for the latter. The “cancel” mindset has been too prevalent with Trump supporters for too long.
