Is there a harbor there?

Yes, there is a deep-water harbor called the "Port of Coos Bay" at Coos Bay, OR. It used to be filled with lumber ships, but that ended. The Indian Casinos that replaced lumbering don't export much of anything on ships. But it still handles almost 2 million tons of cargo every year! It is the busiest port in all of Oregon. Over 25 million pounds of seafood are landed at the Charleston Marina.

The Free Range Tuna there is pretty good...
