Are we told if the implied rate of incidents is higher than that of a motel or hotel? I would have to assume hotels do their best to make people happy and quiet when things screw up. Why wouldn't they? (And why wouldn't airbnb?)

Like Congress, DoD, and DHS — the homosexual companies Airbnb, Uber, and Lyft have the equivalent of “wet teams”, with big accounts, to deal with police, judges, owners, press, etc...
Gotta keep stuff from the public eye, and some people are more equal than others.
