Only if you are a lowly U.S. Citizen. Then they want to make sure you can't bring anything back without paying a duty. Everyone else? No problem.
Border restrictions? HUH? Pretty sure those were lifted on 1/20/2021 just two weeks after D.C. was destroyed by evil white suprema-cysts. Made the British burning of D.C. in 1814 look like amateurs from what the lame stream media reported.
The Russian Sputnik V is cleared for use in Mexico. It is very effective, better than Moderna. It uses the old adenovirus technology which has been around for years. Unfortunately for Mexicans who took it the US won’t recognize it.
