The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention now claims that "healthy young children" can die from COVID-19. Marty Makary wants to see the evidence.
"In reviewing the medical literature and news reports, and in talking to pediatricians across the country, I am not aware of a single healthy child in the U.S. who has died of COVID-19 to date," the Johns Hopkins University professor of medicine and public health said Thursday.
Archived versions of the CDC's web page comparing COVID-19 and seasonal influenza show that it revised the "differences" in the section "People at High-Risk for Severe Illness" sometime between May 31 and June 8.

Yes, I also want to see the evidence that HEALTHY young children are dying from COVID-19. I’ll never see that evidence because such “evidence” is non existent.
Open the schools fully, full-time without MANDATORY masking requirements for the kids. STOP ABUSING OUR CHILDREN.
Quite honesty, the CDC has and continues to do more damage and facilitate more deaths than than the lives it saves or makes better. The CDC is yet another government entity that needs to be shuttered. We’ll be better off taking personal responsibility than listening to the CDC or following any of their edicts.
Are you experimental vaccine pushers ready to stand with us yet? Here you have the CDC blatantly lying in order to get our children vaccinated with an experimental.

I know everyone here knows difference between immunization vs vaccination but you’d be surprised that a lot of people don’t.

Statistically, the reported case fatality rate is really low around 0.0015% during the worst trends. And I’m guessing those that died probably had existing issues such as asthma, underdeveloped lungs. Curious to know if any benefited from steroid treatment.
This advance on children is predatory. And predators deserve no quarter.
And/or a systemic psychosis.
No doubt 2020 proved to be an informative year for the control freaks.

Maybe they just misspoke. Maybe they meant to say that that “healthy young children” can die from the COVID-19 vaccine...
My 5 year old son got it and was asymptomatic. 2 year old little sis didn’t even catch it and we were taking no steps to limit contact between the two of them.
Did your 5 year old have any symptoms after taking it?
May I ask how you know he got it?
Why anyone believes anything the CDC says is beyond me, yet we have CDC propagandists on here constantly spewing their lies on here.
Sure, had a positive case at the daycare and got both tested right away since he is in pre-school two times a week. 5 positive cases and all the pre-schoolers were asymptomatic. One infant had symptoms as well as one fully vaccinated adult worker. All recovered.
Completely asymptomatic except crankiness from being stuck in the house for two weeks.
