Establishing fact and historical accuracy is ALWAYS worth pursuing for it’s own sake, irrespective of any other consideration.
If the truth casts doubt on the legitimacy of this criminal, destructive, and tyrannically inclined regime, then so much the better.
But there is a constitutional way that Trump could be reinstated. This method is utterly unlikely and improbable, because it would involve a regard for honor and integrity that the ruthless, unscrupulous and evil DEMONRATS are utterly incapable of. But were it to be coupled with the threat of criminal indictment for crimes against the state due to willful complicity with massive electoral fraud or other such adjudication, then it might have an outside chance. (VERY outside, I admit)
On Oct 10 1973, while facing charges of corruption and tax evasion, Spiro Agnew resigned the vice presidency, and President Nixon appointed Gerald Ford to the position. We all know what happened subsequently when Richard Nixon was facing a bi-partisan impeachment over Watergate. Ford became POTUS.
Similarly, envision Harris being compelled to resign after actual evidence has established beyond any doubt that massive electoral fraud has occurred, along with the already well established constitutional violations involving the Article II elector process and state legislative authority; and reveals that Trump was actually the electoral victor in the election. Biden, under overwhelming pressure to avoid the joint, appoints Trump as VP to avoid prosecution. Biden then resigns, and Trump becomes POTUS legally and constitutionally.
Again, all this relies upon the electoral fraud being established and widely accepted, (which I believe will ultimately occur) and a certain measure of honor and integrity from the least likely possessors of it in the nation, the DEMONRATS. So like others here who engage in wild speculation, I am simply posing food for thought.
But notice, there IS a way for Trump to be reinstated, (if not by August) no matter how unlikely, and it seems to me to be a better solution then one arrived at by force of arms.
There is a high likelihood that Trump may have received as many as 85 million votes. Imagine the political pressure from just 10% of this pissed off electorate, in possession of solid evidence that the election had been stolen from them by the connivance of foreign state actors and corrupt Blue State DEMONRATS.
Again, the ascension of Gerald Ford to the presidency was as unlikely a political event as any in history, until the threat of punitive adjudication forced two executive branch resignations.
No matter what, we must NEVER stop trying to arrive at the truth of this greatest fraud in US history.

I am extremely interested in seeing an analysis of the ballot markings, in particular whether or not they were printed or copied on a machine.

To say there is no way to remedy a stolen election is nonsense. As Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence, governments can be overthrown when they become lawless tyrannies.
The U.S. Constitution is no sacred license to allow massive election fraud. Fraud negates what would otherwise be lawful.
If the USA cannot continue as a single country because of wicked liars and cheaters sidestepping honest elections, trying to impose their evil on others, that is nothing new in history.
The U.S. Constitution does not require the righteous to meet evil half way. Half way to evil is still evil.
Those of you satisfied with no solution to massive election fraud had better find a bunker.
If a stolen election must be condoned, where would there be any future “line in the sand?” Why would these wicked people stop there?

Even if by some miracle all of the audits go Trump’s way and the media reports it as such and the public believes and accepts it, the only mechanism would be impeachment to remove a sitting administration (if they do not resign). Biden was still elected by the Electoral College.
That would make Nancy Pelosi President...even if we assume the House would impeach and the Senate would convict both Biden and Harris if they did not resign.

if the audits show different results congress members can be unseated and replaced with the winner. I do not believe there is a Constitutional provision concerning the President.
The audits may shift control of Senate to Republicans.

Folks, we are talking about people who stole the Presidential election of the richest country in the world. Do you think those people will just give the Presidency back?
Speaking as a Canadian, we let the government shut down our entire country and arrest people for doing things that were guaranteed rights under our constitution. People will not revolt on a scale large enough unless their prosperity is jeopardized. It seems the US is the same, with very minor exceptions.
If the fraud allegations are “proven”, the MSM will fabricate “facts” to try to derail it, the Democrat party will deny it and call it a conspiracy, and Big tech will censor anything discussing it.
We have let things like mass riots by BLM, critical race theory, gay supremacy, abortion, and scores of other things go without any effective pushback. I think it is time to recognize that there is no Western country where the left does not only dominate, but where it is the culture.
Our only recourse is to either separate, or create our own civilization within a civilization. The first one will be dangerous and will only give us a chance to restart the cycle over again, with no guarantee of success. The second will still leave us at the mercy of whoever controls the over civilization.
People on the right have pretty much proven that they are both too lazy and don’t really have the conviction in their beliefs to make a credible attempt at either. I am afraid the best we can do is to go online and complain and point out how we were right after the left creates a disaster.

Nothing. The President is elected by the Electors, and Joe Biden received a majority of the votes of the Electors. There is no statutory or Constitutional basis or means to reverse the vote of the Electors.
Of course, if it appeared that Biden and Harris criminally procured, rather than merely benefited from, a stolen vote to choose the wrong Electors, they could be impeached and removed - but that would simply result in Nancy Pelosi becoming President, not Trump resuming office.
