Monroe County Legislator Ernest Flagler-Mitchell is hearing new demands for his resignation -- this time from his allies in the legislature.
Republican Monroe County Legislature President Dr. Joe Carbone is now joining Democrats in calling for Legislator Ernest Flagler-Mitchell to resign following numerous allegations of sexual abuse from 13 women.
Carbone says Republicans worked behind the scenes to encourage Flagler-Mitchell to resign, but he refused.

This has been going on since January...and he’s not stepping down as a legislator...just as a committee leader.
When “Lovely” ran for office, there was a debate at a local TV station. All of the candidates had supporters in the audience, mostly dressed in dresses or suits and ties. “Lovely” ‘s crew showed up in marching bedazzled T-shirts emblazoned with “Ladies for Lovely” is hand lettered cursive. It looked like they were in the audience at “The Price is Right”.
They sure mention Republicans a lot in that posting, but then try to bury what party the perp is. Funny how that works. They want the reader to assume it is a Republican.
