Darnella Frazier, the teenager who filmed the killing of George Floyd with her cellphone, won a special award this year from the Pulitzer Prize Board, the committee announced on Friday.
She was awarded a special citation "for courageously recording the murder of George Floyd, a video that spurred protests against police brutality around the world, highlighting the crucial role of citizens in journalists' quest for truth and justice."

I read that the bodycam video showed that Chauvin’s knee was on Floyd’d shoulder. It was shown at trial.

Of course having an unruly mob and little miss cellphone filmer made the situation worse, backing the police into a corner, and creating a distraction from Floyd’s condition With no crowd, an attempt at CPR might have been plausible (though I doubt it would have helped). So here’s your award, Darnella, for helping finish off George Floy and making all these riots possible.
