I'm sure that the Biden DOJ will protect the Title IX exemption. Of course, they'll work hard to pull all the substance out of it to render it completely useless but they'll keep the now-toothless exemption in place.

So Xiden will defend? I guess you have to look to government for permission for anything these days. If you are really, really nice, give lots of money or return the favor then you'll be defended or receive permission.
This is all about control. We are not a people to be controlled. We gladly follow laws based on Christian values. That's not being controlled.
