China passes law to counter foreign sanctions

China passed a law on Thursday to counter foreign sanctions, as it strives to resist U.S. and EU pressure over trade, technology, Hong Kong and Xinjiang.

Individuals or entities involved in making or implementing discriminatory measures against Chinese citizens or entities could be put on an anti-sanctions list by a "relevant department" in the Chinese government.

Those on the list may be denied entry into China or be expelled from China. Their assets within China may be seized or frozen. They could be restricted from doing business with entities or people within China.

The new law is China's latest and most wide-ranging legal tool to retaliate against foreign sanctions...

And cancel all our debt to China. (COID reparations.)

And arm Taiwan.

That’s in part because at the G7 there’s a big push to counter China’s Belt and Road Initiative with A Green Energy Initiative which would get countries on board who are disillusioned by China’s Initiative.

That's code for nationalizing all foreign owned stocks and investments. Play with a socialist dragon, expect to get burned.

US multinationals will have only themselves to blame knowing when push comes to shove between the US and China the CCP will confiscate all their China based assets and plants

The irony is that China is aping after US Congress on that. Ask Russian ‘oligarchs’ invested in US and UK.
