And it is working. The schools have become, Rufo notes, “a school-to-radicalism pipeline.”
But it is not just in radicalized Portland or Seattle where these forces hold sway. Loudoun is the school district that suspended its teacher, Tanner Cross, for having the audacity to speak for one minute at a recent school-board meeting in opposition to a proposed sexual/political mandate. Let that sink in. Before the policy was in place, a highly regarded teacher was suspended for simply disagreeing with a proposed policy.

The backlash must happen now.
If a backlash happens, it must be absolute. If we throw somebody out of a job in the school system, they should be ineligible to even work as janitor anywhere in the United States.
Public schools are already in trouble due a lower birthrate. And here is a secret the left does not want you to know. Liberals don’t have kids.
People will take their kids out of public schools.
Marxism is always about oppression of the governed by the Marxists.

Perhaps, but not in MY school district, since if they tried that I’d know about it and I would NEVER subject my kids to it (even though it is ‘free’). It only happens in ‘those schools’, the other 99%.

This can’t be the mere “outrage of the month” - this has to be a long and sustained movement, because that’s what it was for the Left. This didn’t happen overnight - the Left plotted this for all institutions over the course of decades. What is going on has to be widely exposed to the public at large...and specifics, not just catch phrases and soundbites.
Kids need to be allowed to be kids. They should not be sexualized and propagandized.
And when it comes to political outreach to minorities...things like this need to be highlighted. Do a majority of Blacks and Latinos in this country support sexualizing children? I seriously doubt it...in fact no where near, I would wager. They must be informed that voting for Leftist candidates is doing this to kids.
I’ve seen more than one commentary that is why they want to flood the borders - their own voters are not having kids while conservatives are, in the coming years, this could have consequences...and they are concerned with the modern record of minority votes Trump and the GOP got in the last election.
Another reason they want to indoctrinate the kids - to get them away from the values their parents are teaching them.

The backlash will be hard fought with more defeats than victories. It depends on local factors. Not every district has someone as articulate and courageous as Tatiana Ibrahim to lead the fight.
The anti-CRT activists will be accused of trying to prohibit teaching that slavery or Jim Crow ever happened.
There won’t be much “backlash.” Most school board members aren’t paid. The real culprit is the superintendent, but he is hard to unload. If you really want to put the hurt on the district, start voting down their bond initiatives. It’s all about money. If you really want to want them to listen to you, get into their pockets. You will have their undivided attention. I speak from experience.

That’s the point. They don’t have kids, so they must take conservative kids and use the schools to convert them.

Why hard fought? School board members have to face elections fairly often. “Vote again for me. I support Critical Race Theory.” In most districts, they would not stand a chance against a candidate saying the opposite.
Because there are too many self-hating whites who support CRT because it relieves them of their guilt.
