Approximately 3,000 mail-in ballots counted in the Nov. 3 election were supposedly cast by UCSB students residing in a voting precinct that, along with other dorm buildings, includes the Francisco Torres/Santa Catalina Residence Hall at 6850 El Colegio Road in Goleta.
Problem: Due to COVID-19, the Torres Building, which normally accommodates 1,300 students, was empty and locked down through most of 2020, as were all other UCSB dorms.
This means no students/voters were residing inside the Torres Building (nor any of the other dorms) during the election season.

You would be surprised to learn how many out-of-state addresses are on the Santa Barbara County voter rolls.
There is apparently zero error trapping to compare the USPS change of address list with the county’s voter rolls.
Really, even a database intern can figure this one out.
Shame on Joe Holland, County Recorder-Registrar
One form x 3000 Biden ballots x 10 dorms per campus x 15 colleges per state x only 7 swing states ...
They only needed 12,000 fake ballots in only seven counties in only five swing states.
Did these votes affect any race?
The poll officials that knowingly counted these, have they been charged with any crime?
As each of the 3000 students probably voted at their home precincts, have they been charged with double voting?
What follow-up has happened?
It is just another example of widespread voting fraud!
3000 here, 10,000 there, soon you talk about millions!
The 2020 elections were total fraud!
