On Tuesday, a judge ordered the Loudoun County, Va., school district to reinstate a physical education teacher who dared to speak out against a policy that would require teachers to endorse transgender identity by using female pronouns to refer to male students and vice versa.

The TRO was granted per a motion filed by the plaintiff (the teacher) in a civil suit he’s filed against the school. In issuing the TRO, the judge is saying that the plaintiff has a substantial likelihood of prevailing on the merits. But, since that case isn’t even docketed yet, the TRO is issued to protect the teacher’s interests.
IOW, the teacher is gonna get paid at some point in the foreseeable future. This also pressures the school to settle (settlements are always in the interest of the court).
But, this isn’t enough. The DOJ should be filing a civil rights lawsuit of its own that can be used to permanently enjoin the school system from doing this to someone else. That, of course, won’t be forthcoming from this administration.
He won in this case, but you’re right. Nothing will stop them from doing this to someone else again. There needs to be pushback on a large scale.

The school board was perplexed and responded that they had fired teachers previously who didn’t parrot their narrative, so Tanner Crosses attorneys said thanks for letting us know and they are getting hold of all of them to represent.
Remember the heinous woman who flipped off Trump on her bike? She became a Loudoun County supervisor. That’s what happened to Loudoun County. Liberal bureaucrats moved in and took over.
